The team has been hand-selected for their expertise in technology-enabled, marketing-driven digital media businesses and are to lead the global, industry-wide rollout of the VideolyticsTM online and mobile video syndication, tracking and optimization platform. Joining Kantar Video in the role of Senior Vice President, Business Development is Keir Walton, formerly EVP of WPP’s world-leading sponsorship, promotional partnership and branded entertainment subsidiary IEG. Walton has strong experience in senior leadership roles within both large agencies and boutique firms, where he has helped leading brands leverage specific disciplines within the marketing mix to engage key audiences. In his role at Kantar Video, Walton is responsible for connecting agencies and their brands with VideolyticsTM powerful new solutions that to maximize the impact and effectiveness of online and mobile video campaigns. Anne Drake joins Kantar Video as Senior Vice President, Analytics & Research. Formerly SVP, Product Management at Kantar Media | Audiences, Anne possesses extensive experience in the measurement and analysis of emerging media including set-top box data, interactive television and addressable advertising. In her role at Kantar Video, Anne is responsible for designing a comprehensive set of analytics and optimization tools while working with other Kantar business units to integrate online and mobile video insights into their own product suites. Joining Kantar Video in the role of Evangelist is Jamison Tilsner, formerly COO of Tubefilter, a leading authority in online entertainment and co-founder of the Streamy Awards and the International Academy of Web Television. In his role at Kantar Video, Tilsner is responsible for contextualizing and advocating on behalf of its efforts in online and mobile video. In this capacity, he will also facilitate business development activities relative to content creators, content distributors and other members of the video ecosystem. Also joining the business development team is Andrew Chang. Chang brings to the company vast experience as a digital media strategist and entrepreneur. Most recently, Chang served as an advisor to startups such as DashMob and Looxii. He was the founder of Rogue Media, a digital media company focused on developing and operating digital properties including ad-supported and eCommerce websites and has also served as Senior Manager, Customer Insights and Strategic Research at 360i. Andrew Cheng joins Kantar video in the role of Platform Manager, with responsibility for defining and developing the client user experience for the VideolyticsTM platform. Most recently, Andrew served as Director of Advanced Analytics for Kantar Media | Audiences, where he played a pivotal role in developing software, functionality and analytics integrating linear and non-linear set-top box data. Andrew brings to Kantar Video a wealth of knowledge in the area of TV audience research that will aid the company in bridging the gap between traditional and emerging media analytics. In the role of Marketing Manager is Trevor Wolfe, whose responsibilities include developing and coordinating the business unit’s communications, advertising, market analysis, client relations management, and thought leadership activities. Wolfe comes to Kantar Video from Kantar Media, where in his role as Digital Project Manager he helped with the transition and rebranding of TNS Media’s North American operations (TNS Media Intelligence, Media Research, Compete, Cymfony, MARX, CMAG, SRDS) to Kantar Media. He was also a member of the Kantar product innovation team responsible for the conception and building of Echo Video, a comprehensive viral video measurement solution. The management team will report to Kantar Video CEO, William A. (“Bill”) Lederer. Mr. Lederer is an established digital media and technology senior executive contributing extensive experience gained in both entrepreneurial and established companies in video, internet, TV, mobile, advertising/marketing and information services including leadership roles at Kantar Media, TNS and Getty Images. Most recently, Lederer served as Chief Operating Officer, Kantar Media Audiences North America, and Global Chief Development Officer, Kantar Media Audiences.
